The Core Idea
The 10 Principles of Intentional Intelligence are a leadership operating system for the AI age. I built them as a deliberate alternative to PMBOK-style compliance thinking: they honor what worked in PMI's 7th Edition principles, add what that framework leaves out (cognitive efficiency, continuous learning, ethical practice), and weave AI into every single principle from the start.
