What Happens in the Session

1:1, virtual, 3 hours. We work through complex, multi-step AI workflows against your real project, cover strategic foresight and executive communication, and build a 90-day plan for AI-enabled leadership — including how you'd bring your team along.

What do I need to bring? A real, live project, and comfort with AI as a working tool already — this level assumes Curious- and Collaborating-level fluency, whether you built it here or elsewhere.

What's not covered at this level? This is 1:1 training, not a team-wide rollout — if you need a workshop delivered to your whole team, let's talk about what that would look like.
