What This Site Collects

Contact form (/contact/): the name, email address, and message you submit. This runs through Web3Forms, which relays the submission to us by email. See Web3Forms's privacy policy for how they handle that data in transit. Used only to respond to your inquiry.

Newsletter signup (footer, every page): the email address you submit to subscribe to The Intentional PM newsletter. This runs through Ghost, hosted at getintentional.net. See Ghost's privacy policy for how they handle that data.

Free courses and downloads (/courses/, /resources/): none. As of August 2026, every free course and download on this site is open access — no email or other personal information is required or collected to use them.

Booking a conversation (/talk/): booking runs through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling tool, not through this site directly. Any information you provide there is governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy, not this one.

What We Don't Do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers named above, strictly to provide the service you requested (relaying a contact form message, sending the newsletter, processing a booking).

Analytics

This site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites. It records aggregate, anonymized data — page views, referring sites, browser and device type — not anything that identifies you personally. See GoatCounter's privacy policy for details.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any newsletter email. To request that we delete data submitted through the contact form, email us directly.

Changes to This Policy

If what this site collects changes — a new form, a new analytics tool, a new third-party service — this page will be updated to reflect it, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
