What You'll Learn
Five modules, built around your actual project rather than generic examples:
- Welcome and Course Overview — where you're headed and why this course is structured around two ideas: Intentional Intelligence, and the four artifacts you'll build.
- Understanding Generative AI — the deterministic-vs-probabilistic distinction that explains why a confident AI answer still needs checking, and how generative AI actually works under the hood.
- AI Tools and Applications — a framework for sorting the AI tools you already touch (standalone chat vs. embedded in your other software), plus a live exercise with your own project.
- "Is It Possible To..." — the one entry-point phrase that fixes the blank-box problem, tested live on a real project question of yours.
- Practical AI Integration — applying AI to stakeholder behavior patterns, outcome rewrites, risk assessment, and vendor research, using your actual project data throughout.
You'll leave with a Project AI Toolkit: four real artifacts (an AI Trust Boundary, a Personal Tool Audit, your own "Is It Possible" entry-point prompt, and a keeper prompt), each one built from your own work.
Frameworks Covered
This course draws on Mirror / Telescope / Hammer and the Strategic Prompting Blueprint (CanvasPM's own frameworks), plus the "Is it possible to..." entry-point technique — developed by Evelyn Chapman, as I learned it from Josh Spector.
